However, because all of our packaging products are custom-made, refund requests are subject to certain conditions outlined below.

1. Custom Product Nature

All products at PrintMyBoxes.ca are custom-printed and personalized based on your design, logo, and size preferences. As each order is produced specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once the printing and production process has begun.

To avoid issues, we provide digital proofs and mockups for every order before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve these files.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before final proof approval.
Once you approve the digital design, your order enters the printing phase and cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or reprints may be offered in the following cases:

  • The delivered product differs significantly from the approved proof.

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a reprint, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.


4. Damaged or Defective Orders

In rare cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged boxes and order details so our quality control team can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

We may offer:

  • A reprint of the affected items, or
  • A partial refund depending on the nature of the problem.

5. Color and Print Variations

Minor color variations may occur due to printing limitations, monitor settings, or material differences. Such variations are not considered defects and are common in the custom printing industry.

We ensure that all products are produced within industry-standard color tolerance levels.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed due to a shipping carrier error, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control, PrintMyBoxes.ca is not liable for the delay. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
